At present, the Department of Animal Health is actively and actively discussing with the General Administration of Customs of China to unify the form of bird nest export quarantine certificate. Export of bird’s nest from Vietnam can only be done if the General Administration of Customs of China approves the Certificate of Export Quarantine form.
In order to carefully prepare the conditions and content and be able to export the bird’s nest once the General Administration of Customs of China approves the Certificate of Export Quarantine form, the Department of Animal Health provides a 7-step procedure for business .business in this Product.
The steps to register for exporting bird nests to China are as follows:
1. Register the swiftlet house code with the location at the swiftlet house.
2. Submit a document to the Department of Animal Health requesting guidance and support for export procedures and attach it to the required documents.
3. At the request of the company, the Office for Animal Health issues official shipping guidelines for epidemic surveillance and food safety surveillance.
4. After satisfactory disease and food safety surveillance results, companies for export are required to register with the General Administration of Customs of China according to the regulations.
5. After the company declares and uploads the required documents to the company registration management system of the General Ministry of Customs of China, the Ministry of Animal Health attaches and sends a letter confirming that the company meets the requirements of the decree country for consideration and decision.
6. The results of the company registration will be communicated directly to the company by the General Administration of Customs of China through the registered business account.
7. China-approved companies carry out the bird nest export procedures according to the regulations.
The Ministry of Animal Health recommends units and companies to actively research and organize implementation according to the provisions of the protocol, the instructions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the guidelines mentioned above.
