At present, the area of ​​​​the cooperative’s medicinal materials covers about 5 hectares, including prickly pears, perilla, cloves and peanuts… During the production process, each batch of raw materials imported into the cooperative must be sampled to check inventory chemical residues, the safety guarantee have been put into production and new cooperatives continue to work with people.

Up to now, the cooperative has launched 8 products, including frozen oranges, all kinds of tea bags. On average, Thao Moc Viet Cooperative sold about 2,000 boxes of all kinds of tea every month in the first quarter of 2023. In the second quarter of 2023, the cooperative will sell about 3,000 cartons/month to market.

Mr. Luong Van Tuyen, director of the Moc Viet cooperative, said that each tea product of the cooperative is a medicine and has its own story. These are the traditional remedies of the Tay and Dao in his hometown. Like prickly pear tea for detoxification, cooling the liver; Tam An Tra helps calm down, improves sleep quality, etc. Thanks to the quality of the products and the production of raw materials in the direction of organic and good agriculture, the cooperative’s products have a higher selling price than similar products on the market by 10%, but still good adopted by partners, customers and customers.

Currently the cooperative has 3 products with 3 OCOP stars, in 2023 it is expected to register 4 more products and compete for the promotion of products recognized to reach 3 OCOP stars in 2022…

The Ngan Son Trung Long Tea Cooperative (Trung Yen Municipality, Son Duong District, Tuyen Quang) currently has 20 hectares of tea with 8 members. In building a clean tea brand, the cooperative introduced the process of growing organic tea on an area of ​​over 3 ha 5 years ago. Restoring the “health” of the soil is always a task that concerns the members of the cooperative. On average, the cooperative supplies 1.7 tons of organic dry tea/3 ha every year, the average selling price is 700,000 VND/kg (3.5 times higher than conventional production), the turnover is over 1 million VND, billion dong .

Mr. Nguyen Manh Thang, director of the cooperative, said that the cooperative’s tea products were produced according to the organic farming process, branded, marked with traceability and awarded 4 stars OCOP, thanks to which they can easily be exported to major markets such as Hanoi, Hai arrive at Phong, Hai Duong, Ninh Binh… and have quite high selling prices and get positive feedback from consumers.

Tran Hai Tuyen, director of the Cultivation and Plant Protection Subdivision of Tuyen Quang Province, said the total area of ​​organic agricultural production in Tuyen Quang Province currently reaches more than 114 hectares, including more than 6 hectares. rice, over 27 ha of tea, 18 ha of oranges, 10 ha of grapefruit; Organic production on 52 ha, of which almost 36 ha are grapefruits, almost 17 ha are oranges.

With many organic and organic farming products, VietGAP from Tuyen Quang has gained a foothold in the market and created high competitiveness. Recently, Tuyen Quang Province recognized 66 more OCOP starred products, bringing the province’s total number of OCOP starred products to 191 products, mainly products manufactured under GAP.
