Mr. Tran Van Dao said that in this year’s summer-autumn rice harvest, the model field of organic rice cultivation, 1 ton of straw manure is used to fertilize 1 hectare of rice, divided into multiple batches during harvest. In this rice crop, Mr. Dao grows variety OM5451 and sows seeds at a rate of 80 kg/ha. His family’s rice harvest is now pending. According to Mr. Dao, the family currently has about 1 ha of organic rice left for harvest in about a week.
