According to the Order of the General Department of Market Management (Ministry of Industry and Commerce) to Strengthen the Supervision, Inspection and Treatment of Violations in Petroleum Business, the Market Management Department of Ha Nam Province issued Document No. 397 /CQLTT-NVTH dated 11/10/2022 the affiliated market management teams to strengthen inspection and supervision of petroleum trading activities in the region.

Under the supervision and coordination with the police, on October 12, 2022, Market Management Team No. 1 of the Market Management Department of Ha Nam Province, in coordination with Team 1 of the Economic Security Department (PA04) of Ha Nam Province Police Department, conducted an inspection of 03 spontaneous diesel oil sales points for Selling diesel oil to customers in Hamlet 2 Tang area, Thanh Huong Township, Thanh Liem District.

At the time of the inspection, all the above establishments did not provide invoices and documents proving the legality of the goods. Market management no. 1 temporarily confiscated all goods with a total quantity of 6,620 liters of diesel oil for further examination, clarification and legally compliant processing.
