In order to facilitate access to digital technology for members of good production and business farmers, the Provincial Farmers Association, in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Quang Binh Province, launched more than 30 typical products representing agricultural products in 2022. Associations at all levels have focused on supporting good manufacturing and business households, farms, individual business households, cooperative groups, cooperatives, branches and professional organizations to join the e-commerce platform to connect connecting markets, promote and introduce products , domestic and to expand international sales channels.
In order to do a good job for farmers in digital transformation, Quang Binh Farmers Association has collected information of over 32,000 commercial households in the region with typical products at all levels. Priority will be given to products certified by VietGAP, GlobalGAP standards, food safety certificates, trademarks, product quality registration, OCOP products… to update, launch and sell products on the trading platform of the e-commerce platform Postmart.vn /Agri -postmart.vn.
So far, 8/8 counties, cities and townships of Quang Binh have set up a working group led by the chairman of the county-level farmers’ association to collect information on agricultural products/commodities and promulgate a plan, planning and implementation.
