“Goods continue to be collected from warehouses, yards, transportation, trafficking in contraband, counterfeit goods, intellectual property infringement, counterfeit goods of unknown origin, etc. This will come from postal services, express delivery, air services and logistics,” the HCMC Market Management Department added.

Given the above situation, in the second half of 2023, this agency will strengthen the control of contraband goods, commercial fraud, counterfeit goods, goods of unknown origin, provenance and goods infringing on intellectual property rights.
